A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) and Inseminoid (1981)

Sorry this episode is out later than usual, but I'm thinking it's a good one on a classic slasher film and a movie that Jim used to love for some reason. 

The Terminator (1984) and Mad Max (1979)

Jim and Patrick explore a couple of generation defining action films, and in doing so end up making a lot of fun of Mel Gibson, and talking a little bit about Trancers II.

Saw III (2006) and The Angry Red Planet (1959)

Tensions flare as Jim gets angry for having to watch both these movies, and Patrick just wanted to watch The Alligator People. They also discuss where they would have taken the Saw series after a relatively conclusive ending to a trilogy. 

The Rock (1996) and The Cabin in the Woods (2012)

If Patrick could have made this episode two hours of talk about how Joss Whedon may or may not have killed a child when he was five years old, he would have. Instead, settle for that being just one of many nuggets within this episode that features an action classic and modern horror comedy classic. 

Animal House (1978) and Repo Man (1984)

Patrick and Jim discuss two comedy classics, including a story of Patrick's interaction with one of the members of the Animal House cast. 

The Curse of the Mummy’s Tomb (1964) and Puppet Master II (1990)

These two horror sequels end up having a surprising amount in common. 

Face/Off (1997) and The Blair Witch Project (1999)

Patrick is joined by Feck to make fun of John Travolta, discuss the somewhat pointless Joe Bob Briggs cameo, and cover the early internet phenomenon that is The Blair Witch Project. 

Arachnophobia (1990) and Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964)
