Goodman and Godzilla: a pairing for the ages

Jim and Patrick select their own movies for once, with Jim opting for the John Carpenter cult classic Big Trouble in Little China, starring the wonderful Kurt Russell. Patrick went for a more unknown commodity, with the ultraviolent Sonny Chiba karate movie The Street Fighter. 

This is going to be a damn fun episode. Jim and Patrick chose their own movies.

Discussion gets heated with a double feature of one of the ultimate feel-good movies and possibly the rapiest movie we've done in Deathstalker...if you see it once, you'll never be the same again. 

It's a musical episode with Elvis Presley, Ann-Margret, and that Playboy Playmate Phil Spector murdered. 

This is a bit of a different episode here, as Patrick is joined by Hunter S. Thompson scholar John Brick to discuss the film based on Thompson's work as well as his background and personal life. Since recording this, Dr. Brick has completed his PhD. And then there's also Hell Fest, a fun modern slasher movie set in a Halloween amusement park.
